Okta, a world leader in Identity and Access Management software, sought to revitalise one of its top-performing assets: the Customer Identity for Dummies guide. My role was to transform the existing content into a chapter-based podcast script and develop supporting assets, including blog posts, LinkedIn ads, and landing pages, aimed at driving interest and boosting subscriptions.

02 — Creative process

Time is a precious commodity, and understanding how this podcast could help business leaders maximise every minute was central to the creative approach. By leveraging the brand’s light, friendly, and witty tone, I captured attention with a stand-out stat, highlighted the challenges of achieving that number, and positioned the audiobook as the ideal solution—helping business leaders find value anytime, anywhere.

03 — Results

The approach was a big success, generating a many subscriptions and boosting downloads of the original asset.
