The spontaneous storytelling game, LogicLogicMagic

Every December, the creative team at LogicLogicMagic is tasked with generating unique gift ideas for clients and prospects. The challenge is to ensure the gift is fun, creative, and reflective of the agency’s philosophy: the belief that combining two parts logic (literal) with one part magic (lateral) creates the most memorable marketing messages.

02 — Creative process

As the festive season is a time for family, I thought creating a game everyone can enjoy would be a great way to tie the LLM brand to fond, happy memories. The spontaneous storytelling game challenges players to create the most memorable story in 60 seconds using words or phrases from three unseen cards—two Logic and one Magic. At the end of each round, players vote to determine the winner.

03 — Results

The game led to a big increase in social traffic and interest in the agency. It was so effective that the company decided to keep using it to attract new business all year round, not just at Christmas.
